- 150 g Mint Leaves (fresh, washed and dried)
- 50 g Green Chilies (washed, stems removed)
- 100 g Garlic Cloves (peeled)
- 120 ml White Vinegar (half cup)
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 45 ml Mustard Oil (for tempering, heated)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (for tempering)
Instructions
Wash and dry herbs and chilies
Rinse 200 g cilantro, 150 g mint, and 50 g green chilies under running water, remove any dirt, then pat dry on a clean kitchen towel ensuring no water remains.

Chop herbs and chilies
Finely chop the cilantro leaves, mint leaves, and green chilies. Remove thick stems from cilantro before chopping.

Prepare garlic
Peel 100 g garlic cloves and set aside.
