- 1 piece Tomato (Sliced)
- 4 pieces Lettuce Leaves (Romaine or butter lettuce)
- 4 tbsp Tzatziki Sauce (Optional, store‑bought or homemade)
Instructions
Season the Lamb
In a mixing bowl combine ground lamb, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ground cumin, chopped rosemary, and olive oil. Mix gently with hands until just combined; avoid over‑mixing.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions (about 4 oz each) and shape into round patties about 3/4 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
