Ingredients

- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 4.25 cups Chicken Broth (low‑sodium; divided (1/4 cup then 4 cups))
- 8 ounces Egg Noodles (any shape)
- 0.75 cup Sour Cream (optional; adds creaminess)
Instructions
Sauté Mushrooms
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they release their moisture and turn golden, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Cook Turkey and Aromatics
In the same skillet, add the ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until the turkey is no longer pink and the onion is translucent, about 8 minutes.
