Instructions
Prepare the Tomatoes
Slice the tomatoes thinly, place them in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let them sit while you prep the bread.

Spread softened butter generously on both sides of each sourdough slice.
