- 2 medium Potatoes (roughly peeled, rinsed, cut into ½‑inch cubes)
- 1 medium Onion (chopped roughly)

Instructions
Prepare the ham bone
Remove the vacuum‑sealed ham bone from the freezer, let it sit briefly to loosen the seal, then place the whole bone directly into the cast iron pot.
