Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin (powdered, bloom in juice before heating)
- 2 tablespoons Collagen Powder (optional, unflavored, adds extra protein)
- 1 tablespoon Honey (optional, adds gentle sweetness)
Instructions
Measure Cherry Juice
Pour 4 cups of tart cherry juice into a medium saucepan.

Bloom Gelatin
Sprinkle 5 tablespoons of gelatin over the juice, stir gently, and let it sit for about 5 minutes until the gelatin fully absorbs the liquid.

Whisk the Mixture
Using a whisk, blend the bloomed gelatin into the juice until the mixture looks uniform.
