- 2 tablespoons Chili Seasoning Mix (store‑bought or homemade blend)
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste (concentrated)
- 2 cups Beef Broth (low sodium)
- 1 can (15 oz) Canned Diced Tomatoes (with juices)
- 1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded, for topping)
- 0.25 cup Sour Cream (for garnish)
- 2 stalks Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare Vegetables
Dice the bell pepper, mince the garlic, and dice the onion into uniform pieces.
