- 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced fine)
- 1 fruit Lemon (fresh juice only)

- 1 teaspoon Salt (kosher or sea salt)
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
Chop herbs and juice lemon
On a clean cutting board, finely chop the rosemary and garlic, then squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl.
