Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour (for roux)
- 2 cups Whole Milk (room temperature)
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded, preferably aged for flavor)

Instructions
Melt butter and create roux
