- 2 cups Fruit Juice (100% juice, any flavor (orange, apple, berry). Unsweetened preferred.)
- 2 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin (Powdered gelatin, about 20 g. Bloom in cold liquid before heating.)
- 2 tablespoons Honey (Raw or pure honey for natural sweetness.)
- 0.25 cup Water (Optional, to thin strong juice or adjust sweetness.)
Instructions
Bloom Gelatin
Pour the fruit juice (and optional water) into the mixing bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the surface, and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.

Dissolve Gelatin
Gently heat the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds or place over a pot of simmering water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is warm.
