- 2 tbsp Pizza Seasoning (blend of oregano, chili flakes, garlic powder, dried coriander)
- 2 tbsp Plain Yogurt (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (for dough)
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter (2 tbsp for topping, 1 tbsp for dip, softened/melted)
- 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (for dip) (to make roux)
- 1 cup Whole Milk (for dip)
- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, grated)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano (for dip)

Instructions
Activate Yeast
In a large pot add warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a mixing bowl whisk together sifted flour, salt and pizza seasoning.

Add Wet Ingredients
Create a well in the dry mixture, add yogurt and oil, then pour in the activated yeast liquid. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
