Measure 0.5 cup cold water, 20 g unflavored gelatin and the 185 g packet of flavored gelatin.

Combine in Saucepan
Add the water, unflavored gelatin and flavored gelatin to a cold saucepan and give a quick stir to wet the powders.

Heat Gently
Place the saucepan over low‑to‑medium heat and stir occasionally for 5‑10 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is clear.

Cool Slightly
