- 2 cup Water (For boiling rice and vegetables)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (Can use ghee or coconut oil)
- 2 cup Mixed Vegetables (Fresh or frozen Indian vegetables, chopped)
- 1 cup Basmati Rice (Rinsed before cooking)
Instructions
Place the Induction Cooktop
Unpack the induction cooktop, place it on a stable surface near a compatible 3‑pin power outlet and ensure the area is dry.

Power On and Set Low Heat
Press the Menu button, then press the Down arrow to set the power level to 100 (low) for gentle heating.

Boil Water for Rice
Measure 2 cups of water, pour into the flat‑bottomed Kadai, place the Kadai on the cooktop and increase power to 350 (medium‑high) until the water reaches a rolling boil.
