Instructions
Prep Vegetables
Wash and finely chop the mixed vegetables into bite‑size pieces.

Fry Onions & Whole Spices
Heat oil in the pressure cooker over medium heat, add whole spices (if using) and sliced onions. Fry until onions turn golden brown.
