- 120 g Sucuk (Turkish spicy sausage, sliced thin)
- 80 g Kavurma (Cooked ground beef or lamb, seasoned with cumin and paprika)
- 80 g Kaşar Cheese (Grated, melts well)
- 1 medium Tomato (Thinly sliced)
- 8 pieces Black Olives (Pitted, sliced)
- 2 tbsp Butter (Softened, for spreading on bread)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Slice the bread, tomato and olives. Slice the sucuk thinly and crumble the kavurma if needed. Grate the Kaşar cheese.

Cook Sucuk and Kavurma
Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Add the sucuk slices and cook for 2‑3 minutes until they release their oil and turn golden. Add the kavurma, stir and cook another 2 minutes until heated through.

Assemble and Toast
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Place the buttered side down in the pan, top with cooked sucuk, kavurma, grated Kaşar, tomato slices and olives. Sprinkle with black pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and cook 3‑4 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
