- 1 large Egg (room temperature)
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- to taste Salt (kosher or sea salt)

- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (granulated garlic)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (for greasing skillet)
- 0.5 cup Little Italy Pizza Sauce (low‑carb or sugar‑free)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 20 Pepperoni Slices
- 4 Fresh Mozzarella Balls (bocconcini, halved)
- 2 tablespoons Banana Peppers (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Black Olives (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (topping) (grated)
Instructions
Mix Turkey Base
Place 1 lb ground turkey in a mixing bowl, add 1 cracked egg, ¼ cup grated Parmesan, then season generously with salt, black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning and 1 tsp smoked paprika. Using clean hands (or gloves), mix until everything is evenly combined.

Press Into Skillet
Grease a 10‑inch cast iron skillet with 1 tsp olive oil. Transfer the turkey mixture to the skillet, press down with your hands to form an even layer. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top and use a flat object (burger press or another pan) to smooth the surface.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the pressed turkey crust for 20 minutes until it is firm and lightly golden.
