- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves (loosely packed)
- 1 tablespoon Honey (optional, for mild sweetness; use raw honey if possible)
- 2 cups Cold Water (filtered or spring water)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Wash the lemon, cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves thoroughly. Juice the lemon, peel and slice the cucumber, grate the ginger, and set the mint leaves aside.
