- 300 g Digestive Biscuits (crushed into fine crumbs)
- 130 g Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 600 g Cream Cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 300 ml Heavy Cream (chilled)
- 100 g Icing Sugar (sifted)
- 300 g Kinder Chocolate (broken into pieces for melting)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (pure vanilla extract)
- 75 g White Chocolate (for drizzle)
- 75 g Milk Chocolate (for drizzle)
- 4 pcs Kinder Bueno Pieces (broken for garnish)
Instructions
Crush the biscuits
Place the Digestive biscuits in a zip‑lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they become fine crumbs.

Combine crumbs with butter
Transfer the crumbs to a small bowl, add the melted Unsalted Butter, and stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
