- 15 ounces Crushed Tomatoes (Canned)
- 14.5 ounces Diced Tomatoes (Canned)
- 7 cups Chicken Broth (Low‑sodium, homemade or store‑bought)
- 1 teaspoon Oregano (Dried)
- 1.5 teaspoons Basil (Dried)
- 1 teaspoon Thyme Leaves (Dried)
- 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional for heat)
- 1 pinch Fennel Seeds (Optional)
- 8 sheets Lasagna Sheets (Broken into bite‑sized pieces)
- 10 ounces Ricotta Cheese (Full‑fat, refrigerated)

Instructions
