Ingredients

- 1 inch Fresh Ginger (peeled and grated to extract juice)
- 1 tablespoon Jaggery (grated or finely chopped)
- 2 cups Water (room temperature or slightly warm to dissolve jaggery)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (additional fresh lemon juice for extra tang)
Instructions
Extract Lemon Juice
Cut the half lemon in half and squeeze the juice using a juicer or hand squeezer into the mixing bowl.

Prepare Ginger Juice
Peel the ginger, grate it finely, then press the grated ginger through a clean cloth or fine sieve to extract the juice. Add the ginger juice to the bowl.
