- 3 cups Water (Cold or room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons Cold‑Pressed Olive Oil (Extra‑virgin, unrefined for maximum nutrients)
- 1 tablespoon Raw Unfiltered Honey (Prefer raw, unpasteurized honey for enzymes)
- 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger (Peeled and roughly chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (Adds warm spice after straining)
Instructions
Wash the Lemon
Rinse the organic lemon under cold running water, scrubbing gently to remove any wax or residue. Pat dry with a clean towel.
