- 2 pcs Lemons (zest and juice)
- 150 ml Milk (or plant milk (almond, oat))
- 20 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Mascarpone (Italian fresh cheese)
- 60 g Cornstarch (sift)
- 10 g Icing sugar (for dusting (optional))
Instructions
Mix eggs and sugar
Break the 3 eggs into the large bowl and add 90 g of sugar. Whisk vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
