- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

- 4 Ripe Bananas (very overripe, skins removed)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt (full‑fat, can substitute sour cream)
- 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
- 0.5 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Pecans (chopped; half used in batter, half for topping)
Instructions
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until fully combined and lightly aerated.

Mash Bananas
Peel four very ripe bananas and mash them with a fork or potato masher until smooth with only a few small lumps.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and eggs. Stir until just blended; do not over‑mix.

Combine Wet and Dry
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Gently fold with a spatula until the flour is just moistened. The batter will be thick.
