Ingredients
- 1 medium Spaghetti Squash (about 2.5 lb, cut lengthwise, seeds removed)
- 200 g Feta Cheese (block, cut into a chunk for each half)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin preferred)
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil (torn)
Instructions
Microwave the squash
Pierce the whole spaghetti squash several times with a fork, then microwave on high for 2 minutes to soften the skin.

Halve and seed the squash
Place the softened squash on a cutting board, slice lengthwise with a chef's knife, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season and assemble
