- 1 can (12 fl oz) Evaporated Milk (full‑fat)
- 1 can (14 fl oz) Sweet Condensed Milk (full‑fat)
- 2 teaspoons Granulated Sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 10 cups Water (cold)
Instructions
Peel and Pit Mangoes
Using a cutting board and chef knife, peel all seven mangoes, then slice around the pit and scoop out the flesh, trying to retrieve as much fruit as possible.

Place the mango flesh in the blender, add 4 cups cold water, 2 teaspoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend on high until completely smooth.
