In another bowl, whisk 1 cup heavy cream, 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk, the remaining 0.5 cup mango puree and 2 tbsp granulated sugar until smooth.

Remove crusts from 4 slices of white bread and cut each slice into corner pieces. Dice the remaining fresh mango into small chunks.
