- 2 cup Diced Tomatoes (canned, drained)

- 12 oz Spaghetti (dry)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 0.5 cup Ricotta Cheese (full‑fat)
- 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese (low‑fat optional)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 2 cup Double Cheddar Cheese (shredded, sharp)
- 2 Tbsp Butter (thinly sliced)
Instructions
Chop Onion
Finely chop the sweet onion until you have about 2/3 cup.
