Instructions
Prepare crumble
Melt the butter (or let it become very soft). In a small bowl combine butter with sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and chopped hazelnuts, mixing well until a crumble forms. Set aside.

Peel, core and dice the apples into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Mix in sugar.

Make the dough
Place soft butter, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on highest speed for about 5 minutes until creamy.
