- 0.25 cup Red Bell Pepper (Thinly sliced)
- 0.25 cup Red Onion (Thinly sliced)
- 6 pieces Kalamata Olives (Pitted and halved)
- 0.25 cup Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
- 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 0.5 tsp Dried Oregano (Divided, extra for salmon)
- 0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (Optional for heat)
- 2 tsp Olive Oil (Divided between vegetables and salmon)
- 0.25 tsp Salt (To taste)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil Leaves (Torn for garnish)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it fully preheat.

Prepare Vegetables
Quarter the cherry tomatoes, slice the red bell pepper and red onion thinly, and halve the Kalamata olives.
