- 2 cups Filtered Water (Room temperature; can use spring or bottled water)
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (High‑quality, cold‑pressed)
- 1 tablespoon Raw Unfiltered Honey (Prefer local, raw honey for maximum enzymes)
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger (Peel and slice; about a small knob)
Instructions
Prepare the Lemon
Rinse the organic lemon under running water, scrub gently, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice into the blender. Add the peeled lemon rind for extra zest.
