- to taste pinch Salt (prefer sea salt)
- to taste pinch Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme (finely chopped)
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 100 g Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
Pat Dry and Season Chicken
Place the chicken thighs on a cutting board, pat them dry with paper towels, then sprinkle a pinch of salt and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper on each piece.
