  • 300 ml Water (use vegetable broth for extra flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (for toasting the quinoa)

  • 0.5 tsp Ground Cumin (optional, adds earthy note)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Soak Quinoa

    Place the quinoa in a large bowl, cover with cold water and let it soak for 2–4 hours.
