- 3 tbsp Cornstarch (Coats the fries before chilling)

Instructions
Peel Potatoes
Peel the 700 g of potatoes, discarding any eyes or blemishes.

Slice into Sticks
Slice the peeled potatoes into uniform sticks about ¼ inch thick.

Blanch in Boiling Water
