Pink Whitney Hennessy Jello Shots

Ingredients

• 1 box Strawberry Gelatin (3‑oz package, strawberry flavored)
• 2 cups Water (Boiling hot water)
• 0.5 cup Pink Whitney Whiskey (Pink lemonade flavored whiskey)
• 0.5 cup Hennessy VS Cognac (Cognac)
• 6 pieces Starburst Candies (Cut into small squares for garnish (optional))
• 4 slices Fresh Strawberry Slices (Optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Boil Water

   Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan.

   Time: PT5M

   Temperature: 212°F

2. Dissolve Gelatin

   Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the strawberry gelatin powder until completely dissolved, about 2‑3 minutes.

   Time: PT3M

3. Add Alcohol

   Stir in ½ cup Pink Whitney and ½ cup Hennessy slowly, ensuring the alcohol is fully incorporated.

   Time: PT2M

4. Cool Slightly

   Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer steaming hot.

   Time: PT10M

   Temperature: 68°F

5. Pour Into Cups

   Using a ladle or measuring cup, fill each shot glass or plastic cup about three‑quarters full.

   Time: PT5M

6. Add Garnish

   Place a small piece of Starburst or a strawberry slice on top of each shot for a pop of color and extra sweetness.

   Time: PT2M

7. Refrigerate to Set

   Transfer the filled cups to the refrigerator, keeping them level, and chill for at least 2 hours until fully set.
