Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the dough.

Shape Pizza Flatbread
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 10‑inch circle about 1/4‑inch thick. Transfer to a parchment‑lined baking sheet.
