- 1 piece Zucchini (sliced into half‑rounds)
- 0.5 piece Red Onion (sliced thin)
- 7 oz Feta Cheese (firm block, not crumbled)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin recommended)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground, to taste)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it fully preheat.
