Collect all fruits, vegetables, herbs, water, and the required equipment listed above.

Rinse all fruits, vegetables, and herbs under cold running water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Slice 1 cup strawberries and place them in a jar. Add 5 fresh basil leaves, fill with 1 liter water, stir gently, and seal.
