- 2 Tbsp Fig Jam (Dolloped on top of brie and chips)
- 8 oz Cherry Tomatoes (Halved; used on the Italian board)
- 6 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves (Torn; scattered on the Italian board)
- 4 oz Salami (Thinly sliced; placed on the Italian board)
- 4 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Evenly sprinkled over chips on the Italian board; melts well)
- 2 oz Ricotta Cheese (Dolloped in small spoonfuls on the Italian board for creaminess)
- 4 oz Goat Cheese (or Feta) (Crumbled; used on the Goat Cheese board)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Chives (Finely chopped; sprinkled over the goat cheese board)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat while you assemble the boards.

Prepare Parchment Sheets
