- 1 cup Pasta Water (reserved from cooking spaghetti)
Instructions
Prep All Ingredients
Zest the lemon, then juice it. Mince garlic, dice shallot, chop parsley, and measure Cajun seasoning and salt.

Cook Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8‑9 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of the cooking water, then drain.
