Instructions
Bloom the Gelatin
Place the gelatin powder into the mixing bowl and sprinkle the cold water over it. Let it sit for about 2 minutes until the gelatin fully absorbs the water and becomes spongy.

Heat the warm water in a saucepan until it reaches just below a boil (around 80°C). Pour the hot water over the bloomed gelatin and whisk until completely dissolved, about 1‑2 minutes.
