Instructions
Cut Soap into Small Pieces
Place the two bars of soap on a clean cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut them into very fine, bite‑size pieces.

Attempt to Melt Soap
Add the soap pieces, water, and milk to a saucepan. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the soap begins to soften.
