Ingredients
- 1 packet Maggi Noodles (Masala) (70 g packet, includes seasoning)
- 2 cups Water (fresh tap water)
- 1 large Egg (beaten lightly with a fork)
- 1 tsp Ghee (clarified butter, adds richness)
- 0.25 tsp Red Chili Powder (optional for extra heat)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (freshly ground if possible)
- 0.25 cup Mixed Vegetables (finely chopped cabbage & carrot) (optional, adds crunch and nutrition)
Instructions
Boil Water
Place the saucepan on the stove, add 2 cups of water and bring to a rolling boil.

Add Noodles
Break the Maggi noodle cake into pieces and add to the boiling water.

Add Seasoning
Open the Maggi masala packet and sprinkle it over the noodles.

Cook Noodles
Let the noodles cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Ghee and Egg
Push the noodles to one side of the pan, add 1 tsp ghee, then pour the beaten egg into the cleared space and scramble until just set.

Combine & Finish
Mix the scrambled egg through the noodles, add red chili powder and a pinch of black pepper, and give a final stir.
