  • 2 stalks Scallion (green onion) (cut into rounds)

  • 0.5 piece Green bell pepper (seeded, white membrane removed, cut into strips)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 clove Garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 15 g Satay powder (about 2 tbsp)
  • 30 ml Soy sauce (about 2 tbsp)
  • 100 ml Water (for the sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil (for cooking)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil (added at the end of cooking for aroma)

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles

    Place the dehydrated rice noodles in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Soak for 1 hour until they are pliable.

  2. Prepare the vegetables and chicken

    While soaking, slice the scallion into rounds, cut the half red bell pepper and half green bell pepper into strips, thinly slice the half onion and mince the garlic clove. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

    In a small bowl, mix 100 ml water, the satay powder and soy sauce until a smooth sauce forms.

  4. Heat the sauté pan

    Heat the sauté pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
