- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg (Freshly ground if possible)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (Pure)
- 4 Eggs (Large)
- 1/2 cup Milk (Whole or 2% milk)
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Divided, melted in skillet)
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (Hulls removed, sliced)
- 1 Banana (Ripe, sliced lengthwise)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (For fruit syrup)
- Pinch Salt (For egg mixture)
Instructions
Soften Cream Cheese
Remove the cream cheese from the fridge at least 30 minutes before starting or cut it into cubes and let it sit at room temperature until soft.
