- 2 cups Strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed from half a lemon)
- 3 tablespoons Honey (raw or any honey)
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds (raw, unsalted)
Instructions
Prepare Fruit and Lemon Juice
Place strawberries on a cutting board, hull and slice them, then measure out 2 cups. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice of half a lemon through a fine mesh strainer into the saucepan, catching any seeds.
