- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (light soy sauce preferred)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup (adds subtle sweetness)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Sauce (adjust to taste)

- 1 tsp Vinegar (optional, adds tanginess)

Instructions
Boil the Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, add a pinch of salt, then add the chowmein noodles. Cook for 2‑3 minutes until al dente, stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
