- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill (chopped)

- 1 teaspoon Capers (rinsed)
- 1 pepper Chipotle Pepper in Adobo (finely minced)
- 1 teaspoon Adobo Sauce (from the chipotle can)

- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
Roast Garlic Bulb
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice off the top of the garlic bulb, drizzle with a little olive oil, wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes until the cloves are soft and caramelized.

Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a blender. Add 1 cup non‑fat Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 minced fresh garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and MSG. Blend until smooth.
