- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (cut into pieces)
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese (softened)
- 8 ounces Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded, divided (some mixed in, rest for topping))
- 1 tablespoon Dry Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Boil Water and Season
