Instructions
Break Chocolate
Place the 200 g of 70% dark chocolate in a microwave‑safe bowl and break it into small pieces.

Melt Chocolate
Microwave the chocolate in 30‑second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth (about 2‑3 intervals).
