- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese (full‑fat, room temperature)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded; freeze briefly for easier shredding)

Instructions
